Fantasizing Summer

A couple of days ago,I spent my day with my sister.It was quite fun I could say.My sister likes walking,so we were wandering in the city for hours.I like these days.They're so summery.I went to the beach for the third time yesterday.It was a really beautiful beach,and that's weird concindering how much close to the city it was.Although I study a lot for the exam,I manage to have some breaks and taste the summer a little and fantasize how I'm gonna spend my days after schools are finaly closed.
Moreover,there are many festivals in the city this period.Like the Jazz festival in Tehnopolis,or the B-fest.I'll definitely go to the B-fest on Sunday and maybe drop by the vintage & used bazaar Nina was talking about.The thing is I've got no money at all.And as we know...no money,no honey!As far as this is concerned I was thinking about getting a job as a team leader in a summer camp.But when I think about the things I'm gonna miss,I doubt.Summer parties,festivals,going swimming with friends and being outside of the house all day long.I don't know if I wanna sacrifice all these.
These days,I also watch almost a movie per day and I read books a lot too.I finished "The Unbearable Lightness of Being".So if you wanna recommend me a movie or a book,I would be pleased!

p.s.Sorry for the lack of posts and comments in this period,but I don't have plenty of time as you can guess.

These photos are quite old but I didn't find the chance to post them.The exams' period has started so I have to study.But I can't.It's so cruel to study,this season.I have to stay inside of the house when all I want is going to the beach.We start with Ancient Greek on Tuesday and I have done the 10% of the studying so far!Haven't you hoticed that when you're about to study you get inspired soo much to draw/sing/write/whatever but studying?Well,it happens to me.

What are you guys doing this days?

I'd better start studying now...

Please don't be careful

I'll explain right away what I mean.A couple of days ago I wanted to make a DIY post for you,in which I would show you how to make a simple but funny,handmade necklace.I was excited for posting something useful for the first time since I created this poor blog of mine.But,in the end,I came up with an unexpecting result:

Yeah!I baked them in 200oC instead of 180oC.That's like they look like sh**!I forgot about them while I was super-excited drawing in photoshop.Of corse,the whole house was smelling awful for a couple of hours and smoke was going out of the oven before I realized what I just did!After yelling at my self (yeah,I have a divided personality!),I realized it's not a big deal.I would make a new one!

So,the purpose of this post from showing you how to make a necklace from cernit(aka fimo,a plasteline-like material),ended up being just a reminder that we shouldn't worry too much for the small stuff!If you're still interested in giving a try on this DIY project you can follow these baking instructions,just in case!

Oh!And I almost forgot!Here's what I was drawing on photoshop:

It's based on a character from a comic,my friend Elv gave me some days ago.

I'm cold.But I'm happy.

Today I discovered a whole new paradise.I went up to our terrace.It was magical.I could see the sky,the city,the lights.The wind was blowing and I was feeling free.I was alone.But I wasn't feeling lonely.

And then you came to my mind.

And all the things we planned,but we never found the chance to do.

I never finished this CD I promised to you.

I never slept at your home.

We never went swimming just the two of us.

We never talked on the phone all night long.

I never brought you up here,to see the gorgeous view.

These little things come to my mind moments like these.Or when I see your stuff everywhere in my room.Or at the darkest hour of the day,deep under my blankets.

And I'm cold up here.But I'm happy.

The Sewing Machine and me

Hehe.Guess what!It's time to show you what you've been longing for!The pieces of art I created with my new sewing machine!You can call her "Efterpi".I don't know what's wrong with me and I give names to STUFF.It's cause I'm more emotionally connected with them I guess.Ok,I think I bragged enough for today!They're not something special,but to tell you the truth I'm a bit proud of myself.xD

I had next to no experience with that stuff and da-da-daa!I learnt some basic techniques!Yeah,yeah I said I'm gonna stop bragging!So here they are:
